I see things in photographs. It's the way my brain works. So when I'm photographing something it's the way I'm experiencing a moment and creating a memory. Our time together isn't posed or staged. Sure, we can make it pretty or plan an activity, but that doesn't make it any less real. It is an experience you're having, a memory you're making in the real existing time I capture it. I can't make up the way your one year old simply MUST point at everything. I can't make up the curls that form at the nape of your toddlers neck. I can't make up the very awkward but adorable dental experience your 8 year old is having, nor the freckles that bridge their cheeks. The full belly laughs, the dance moves they insist on repeating. I can't make it up because it doesn't belong to me. It belongs to you. I'm just here to save it for you so you can remember, and in turn, so they can remember. Not just so they can remember their younger selves, but so they can remember you, and the way you always, always reach for them. One day, they might reach for a photo to show someone important. "That's my mom" they'll say with an easy smile. That's my why.

The most important thing to me is capturing the genuine connection between you and your people so everything else is easy peasy. All my sessions fall under the same, simple pricing. A $250 session fee to secure your date, and when your gallery is delivered choose a collection of digital images that works for you. Done!

While I don't own my own studio, I have many in the area that I use that have consistently lovely light, and enough furniture to make it feel like our own. Sometimes simple is better.

* My process is pretty simple and you can get the most info above, but I want to reiterate that a big part of my process involves getting to know you and your family and making sure we're a great fit for each other so that you can trust me to capture these precious memories for you!
* Most clients invest anywhere from $1000-$1500. If you're hoping for a budget photographer we may not be great fit. I invest about 15-20 hours in each session from making sure your experience is comfortable and unique to you, to taking great care in post processing your images. I want you to have to best experience, and also, groceries are outrageous right now! ;)
*Most sessions take 4-5 weeks to get back to you- I want them to be the absolute best!
*Heck yes! Beyond Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, and the rest of New England, I'm hoping to get to NYC, the Oregon Coast, Southern California, Michigan, and maaaaaaybe somewhere international in 2026. Shoot me a message and let's see if we can make some magic wherever you are!
*I typically do mini sessions in Spring and Fall, however I've been contemplating doing away with them. In the past it's been helpful for people who want to book at a lower price point, but I'm noticing these aren't filling up and don't align with my approach to photography. So..TBD.
*No worries, I offer styling assistance + a detailed style guide for all my sessions, from mood boards to links for outfits to purchase. Styling is one of my favorite parts because it enables me to create a feeling that is true to you as a family, while knowing you're going to look downright stunning in photographs.
